These Terms & Conditions govern your use of auraaestheticsatx.com and the booking of services with Aura Aesthetics by Alexis, located at 1600 E Riverside Dr, Suite 114, Austin, TX 78741.

Appointments & Deposits

All services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is applied toward your total at checkout. Deposits secure your appointment time and are non-refundable if the cancellation policy below isn't met.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment result in loss of the deposit. No-shows are charged the full service amount on file. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to respect the next client's appointment time, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Packages & Gift Cards

Facial series and lash fill packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. Package credits apply automatically at checkout. Gift cards never expire and may be applied to any service or package.

SMS Program Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on my website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Aura Aesthetics by Alexis about appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional specials. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or reply HELP for help, or call (737) 999-0733.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Service

Providing contact information through my website forms, including SMS consent, is never required in order to receive services at Aura Aesthetics. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties.

Website Use

Content on this site - including text, photography, and the Aura Aesthetics name and logo - is the property of Aura Aesthetics by Alexis and may not be reproduced without permission. Pricing and service details are accurate as of the date listed and are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

Aura Aesthetics provides esthetic services performed by licensed professionals. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, and skin conditions prior to treatment. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Travis County.
